Description

A simple saltwater flush drink to help cleanse the bowels, improve digestion, and relieve bloating.


Ingredients

1 glass water

1 tablespoon Himalayan pink salt (kala namak or black salt)


Instructions

1. Take a glass of water or approximately use 16 ounces of water.

2. Warm the water by using a microwave or on stovetop but do not boil it fully.

3. Use slightly lukewarm water.

4. Pour the water into a glass.

5. Add in a tablespoon of pink salt or pure sea salt into the water.

6. Stir well until the salt is dissolved completely.

7. Consume it on an empty stomach.

8. Give a gap of 30 minutes before morning meal.

9. Try to lie down to right side to help flush out the bowels quickly.

10. Helps clean the bowels and improves constipation, bloating and digestion issues.

11. Do not consume on a regular basis.

12. Add some lemon extract to make variation to the drink.

Notes

The taste of the drink is quite different and can make it difficult to drink in the beginning, so be cautious with its taste.

Once the bowels are cleaned, drinking any fluids such as water or other natural liquids is essential to hydrate the body.
